The Hotel was selected for location. The price was higher than others but loation was excellent for the purpose of our visit. However the toilet was stained and could have used a good bleaching, also it did not flush well. The fridge did not work and the items inside were warm. There did not seem to be any staff around during breakfast and once I discovered there was a toaster and used it (bread did not toast) my breakfast was then cold and my tea was stewed. We were asked if we wanted orange juice which we did and it wasn't until 15 mins later that I realised we had been given glasses and we were supposed to help ourselves. Your hotel was on the whole clean and the facilities were good. However staff being friendly and helpful is what I look for in a hotel and as a result I will be reluctant to use your hotel again unless there is no alternative.
Top Tip

The concierge's were very helpful and booked a good restaurant and gave us plenty choices of places to eat and see.
There is a charge for the parking, however the hotel gave us a 50% discount before we paid for the ticket.
Top Tip
The 'Blue' restaurant across from the hotel had lovely meals, which were well priced.

The Hotel charged me for breakfast despite breakfast being included in the price. This was confirmed when we checked in. I called reception when I got home to query. They told me breakfast was not included. I retrieved my confirmation and called them again, this time they apologised and said they would send me an e-mail to confirm the refund. To date, no e-mail has been received.
